The service

Motheia AI provides access to third-party AI image and video generation models through a unified interface. Model availability may change as providers update, deprecate or re-price their offerings.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• One person may not operate multiple free accounts to farm daily credits.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Content Policy.

Credits and payments

• Paid credit packs are one-time purchases valid for 100 days; unused credits expire.
• The credit cost of each generation is shown before you confirm it.
• Prices exclude VAT and local taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Your content

You retain rights to the content you create, subject to the license terms of the underlying model. Paid plans include commercial usage rights; the free tier does not. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and uploads do not infringe third-party rights.

IP infringement and takedowns

If you believe content on Motheia AI infringes your rights, email support@skybringup.com with identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material. We review and act on valid requests.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or content generated by AI models.
