What we collect

• Account data — email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
• Content you provide — prompts, reference images and files you upload for generation.
• Generation records — outputs, timestamps, credit usage and model routing metadata.
• Usage data — pages visited, feature interactions, approximate device and browser information.
• Billing data — purchase history. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

• Provide generation services, maintain your history and credit balance.
• Route prompts and reference materials to the AI models you select.
• Prevent abuse, enforce the Content Policy and secure the platform.
• Send service-related notices; marketing emails only with an unsubscribe option.

Retention

Generation history is retained for 15 days on the free tier and 365 days for paid users, after which it is permanently deleted. Account and billing records are kept as required by law.

Sharing

We share data only with the subprocessors needed to run the service (model providers, payment processor, hosting). We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@skybringup.com.
